This package is a working clone skeleton you can host on any PHP 8+ server with SQLite enabled. Seed data is sample-only so you can replace names, copy and outbound links with your own editorial list.
Included functions: SQLite auto-install, category CRUD-ready tables, featured / latest / super filters, full-text-like search, tool detail + view counter, session-safe upvotes, related tools, submit-for-review form.
